We produce our breads in the age old tradition of natural sour dough which has been handed down through five generations of bakers. We refresh our natural sours daily to develop the unique hearty qualtiy of our breads. Our breads contain no preservatives or shortenings. Our focus is to provide the highest quality fresh bread in the Washington DC area seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
